Policy for Weekly Lessons
Lesson Fees: Fees are charged by the calendar month. Rates are per month due on the first lesson day. Direct debit from a checking account and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
Rescheduling Lessons: I do not offer refunds for students that miss their lesson times. Only if a student is sick and has a doctor's note will I issue a make-up lesson.
Cancellation of Lessons: I will notify you if a lesson must be cancelled due to severe weather or circumstances beyond my control. Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled. Please note that the best way to see if lessons are being held during bad weather is to check the B# Music Facebook page. I will usually post closings the night before.
Withdrawal: A one month notice is required to terminate the lesson agreement. No exceptions will be granted.
Communication: Please call B# Music at (434) 806-3515 with any questions about scheduling or payments. Parents should not send notes with students. Care of Students: The studio is not responsible for supervising students before or after lessons. Parents should not leave minor students, or children at the studio for excessive amounts of time outside the window of their lesson. Because I will or may be giving lessons at the conclusion of a student’s allotted time, I will be unable to watch or supervise children at the conclusion of their lesson. It is, therefore, the parent’s responsibility to ensure their children are dropped off and picked up at appropriate times. B# Music will not be responsible for children outside of the appointed time of the child’s lesson.
